Development Manager
As a Development Manager, you are responsible for stewarding our client's real estate development projects from due diligence through closeout. This will include leading the selection of design professionals, managing the design and permitting process, procuring a general contractor, and managing budget, schedule & quality throughout the project cycle. The Development Manager will either report to a Senior Development Manager or the Development Director and will typically be supported by an Assistant Development Manager or similar.
