The Exchange at Indian Land

The Exchange is a new multi-use, pedestrian friendly master planned development located in Lancaster County, SC including 390 apartment units, a clubhouse with leasing and amenities, and approximately 42 acres of land planned for retail use. Located off Highway 521, this dynamic community will afford the residents of Lancaster an inviting place to live, dine, and shop. Project completion is currently slated for the Spring of 2026. The Iskagna team plays a critical role in managing the design process and overseeing the delivery of master infrastructure and multifamily vertical construction.
