The Epic Center, a Four (4) Million square foot redevelopment of the existing Citadel Mall. The project will convert failed mall into a master planned mixed-use development, consisting of Medical, Class A Office, Hospitality, Residential, Media Production, and a state-of-the-art Sports Facility. The recent approval of the Planned Use Development (PUD) zoning for the site enables the owners to build the tallest buildings in South Carolina – up to 18 stories. Iskagna's team members have played an intricate role in developing the master plan, managing the design process, and overseeing the delivery of infrastructure and all vertical construction. Iskagna's principal provided services on this project while employed by Cumming Corporation.
